Free Plan
The free plan has no charges and can be cancelled at any time without notice.
Premium Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time:
- Log into your account dashboard
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our premium service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email admin@zensms.com.au within 7 days of purchase
- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
No Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Service Interruptions
If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund or service credit.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a remedy if we provide you with services that are not of acceptable quality.
